Full One - Year Warranty on the Infinity Case

What is covered?

A full one-year warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship of this product. Including faulty electronics and lights.

The case is under full warranty if it is damaged during transit.

 

What is not covered?

Any damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product.​

This does also not warrant that the product won’t become obsolete at some point in the future.

The warranty does not cover any damage caused by the case being stored in poor conditions. See the Storages page for recommended storing conditions.

 

How long does this coverage last?

This warranty lasts one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

How to obtain this service

To obtain the benefit of this warranty, deliver the complete product or faulty components via prepaid transportation. Contact me to engage this process. If a component is broken beyond repair then a new one will be shipped out as soon as possible.

What Kay John will do

• Repair the item.

• Replace the item if you can’t repair it within a reasonable amount of time.

• Issue a refund for the item.

No other express warranty applies

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorised to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Kay John.

Limitation of liability

Kay John shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Some countries, districts, or states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of relief, incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, or the limitation of liability to special amounts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
